CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review and acknowledge the following policies before booking. your signature is required to move forward with services.

CARD ON FILE

All appointments require a valid card on file. Failure to cancel at least 48 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment which includes SAME DAY CANCELS / NO CALL / NO SHOW will result in a 75% SERVICE AMOUNT CHARGED to the card on file.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Appointments may be canceled easily by responding with an "X" when your appointment reminder is delivered or by selecting " C" if you plan to attend. confirming your appointment is appreciated and helps to ensure your reserved time.

you may send a replacement client in your spot to avoid same day or last minute cancellation fees. service must be equal to existing reserved time unless additional time is available to extend.

LATE POLICY

while there is no late fee, appointments are subject to cancellation if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

CHILDREN POLICY

For safety and comfort, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. if a child is brought to your appointment, your service will be canceled and charged 75% of scheduled service.

DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled, the deposit becomes NULL AND VOID.

ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

SALON-INITIATED CHANGES

If the salon needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified within 48 hours, in most cases well in advance of that with the exception of unforeseen emergencies. the rescheduling of your appointment will be top priority..

I encourage you to save both numbers for emergencies outside of the 48 hr window. While policies are firm, discretion may be used on a case-by-case basis for true emergencies.
