RKM Styles — short for Roseanna Kerise McWilliams — represents beauty, discipline, and innovation built from passion and purpose. A licensed hairstylist since 2009, Roseanna has earned a reputation for her excellence in healthy hair care, luxury extensions, and custom wig design.

Within five years of graduating beauty school, she opened her first salon — laying the foundation for a thriving beauty brand. As the owner of RKM Styles Beauty Studio, she empowers other stylists through suite rentals and mentorship, creating a space where talent and professionalism thrive.

Inspired by her aunt Charmaine and driven by community, Roseanna continues to inspire through her program My Future Stylist, mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals.

Her mission is simple yet powerful — to inspire, educate, and elevate — redefining what it means to build beauty with purpose.

Passionate about education and community, she has successfully guided two licensed apprentices and is the creator of My Future Stylist, a program designed to mentor and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals—set to relaunch soon.
